WHAT:
First Light, one of Midland’s signature tourism events, will have a shadow cast over it this year because an outdoor waste transfer and processing site may soon be located at its doorstep. The proposal, by Recycling Specialties Inc., is before Midland Town Council for site plan approval on December 7th.
